AGM Minutes 2021

Location: 2588 Pollard Drive, Mississauga
Attendees: 8 members including Executive Committee.
Call to Order at 4:25pm
1. The President welcomed all attendees.
2. Adoption of Previous Annual General Meeting Minutes
Motion: Motion made that the minutes be adopted as presented.
Seconded: Motion seconded.
Motion carried.
3. Financial Report
The Treasurer presented the financial report and Financial Statements as at June 30, 2021.
Motion: Motion made that the Financial Statements be accepted as presented.
Seconded: Motion seconded.
Motion carried.
4. Librarian-Member at Large Report
The Librarian presented the library report, noting that since our 2020 spring concert has been
moved forward to a possible May 2022 concert as a result of the pandemic we will not need
to purchase new music this year.
The Librarian noted that we will be also able to use the same Christmas music as 2019 if we
are able to perform.
5. Music Selection Committee
The Music Selection Committee members remain the same as in 2020.

7. Election of Executive Positions
President: Carol Walker, continuing to June 2022
Vice President: Nada Roknic, continuing to June 2022
Treasurer: Patricia Kitteringham, continuing to June 2022
Secretary: Kim Amodeo, continuing to June 2022
Librarian-Member at Large: Pat Everitt, continuing to June 2022
Public Relations: Pinar Tahirbegi, nominated and acclaimed continuing to June 2023
